Return/Refund Policy

Talimo’s Gallery, offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for full refund, provided the item is returned within 30 (thirty) days. We will send you a replacement or refund as soon as possible after we receive back the original item.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All products are as carefully packaged as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please immediately email us at support@talimo.com. Keep the original packaging & the damaged artwork until receiving further instructions. Do not return the item without first speaking with us. The shipping company must first be notified for insurance purposes in order for us to offer you a refund or an exchange.

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item (the item that you originally order from us), send us e-mail at: support@talimo.com with request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Items purchased from talimo.com or talimo.net cannot be returned to a physical store (such as any Avers stores).
Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Items that are Not Returnable
Talimo’s gallery does not accept returns of the following items:
• We do not allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift;
